Community empowerment program to increase individual empowerment of cadres in stunting prevention

The stunting management program must be carried out by multi-sectoral collaboration and involving community engagement. Individual empowerment of cadres can improve outcomes. This study aimed to analyze the individual in programs overcome stunting. used quasi-experimental with 40 respondents that selected purposive sampling method. data collection focus group discussion interview community-related (ICRE) questionnaires. Statistics analysis using Paired t-test 95% confidence intervals. results showed all component indicated there was significant influence on improving cadre p-value 0,000 intention, participation, critical awareness. Meanwhile self-efficacy obtained a 0,001 motivation 0,003. proves involvement stages effectively engagement for health cadres. provision adequate training supervision is important order their role community. Abstrak: Program penanggulangan harus dilakukan dengan melibatkan kerjasama multisector dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Pemberdayaan kader secara individu dapat meningkatkan luaran keberhasilan program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemberdayaan dalam masyarakat mengatasi menggunakan penelitian quasy-experimental responden yang dipilih metode sampling. Pengumpulan wawancara kuesioner (ICRE). Analisis statistik interval kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua setelah mengikuti masyarakat, terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan komponen pada intensi, partisipasi, kesadaran kritis.
